Turn a meeting recording into minutes

Voices that cannot leave the building, turned into text and a summary on your own computer.

Steps

1. Drop the recording (MP3, M4A, WAV, or a video) on "Transcribe and add captions".
2. Choose the spoken language and press Transcribe. The first time, the AI model is fetched once into this browser.
3. Press Speakers to split by voice and name them. Fix any misheard words on the spot.
4. Save as text or CSV. From "Continue" hand it to Orihako Chat and ask for "decisions and action items as a list": that is your draft minutes.

Questions

Is the recording sent anywhere?

No. Transcription, speaker labels and the summary all run on your computer; press "Network" in the bar to see for yourself.

Does a one-hour meeting work?

Up to 30 minutes is free; longer recordings need the Orihako Pass. Processing time depends on your computer.
